This policy explains what data AI Seen Score collects, why, and who processes it. The Service is operated by LI TONGJUN ("we", "us"). Contact: support@aiseenscore.com.

The free site audit

When you click the extension, it reads the page in the current tab and requests that site's public files, such as robots.txt and llms.txt. This happens in your browser. The page content is not sent to our server. Your recent audit results are stored locally in your browser so you can view them again.

Paid AI mention reports

To run a paid report, the extension sends the following to our server:

• your brand name, the website address you are checking, and the questions you entered;
• your license key, so we can check and deduct your credits.

Our server sends your questions to third-party AI providers to generate answers, then analyzes those answers for brand mentions. We keep report results for 30 days so you can download them again, then delete them. We keep a record of credit use for as long as your license is active, for billing and support.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing details and payment information under Paddle's privacy policy. We receive your email address, country and order details from Paddle so we can deliver your license key and provide support. We never see your full card details.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and our server.
• Paddle processes payments and taxes.
• AI providers (such as OpenAI and Perplexity) receive the questions in paid reports, under their API terms. We do not send them your email or payment details.
• Our email provider receives the emails you send to support.

Website analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that does not track you across sites, and update this policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing support@aiseenscore.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Service is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
