Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AI Seen Score website at aiseenscore.com, the AI Seen Score browser extension, and the reports it produces (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by LI TONGJUN, an individual developer ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page. Paddle calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

What you buy

• The site audit is free and can be used without limit for reasonable personal or business use.
• Paid plans are one-time purchases of report credits. One credit runs one AI mention report covering up to five questions.
• Credits do not expire and are not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically.
• After purchase you receive a license key by email. Enter it in the extension to use your credits.

What the reports are, and what they are not

Reports show how AI answer engines responded to your questions at the time of the check, together with suggested fixes. AI answers vary between engines, questions and days, and engines change how they work without notice. Reports are informational. We do not guarantee that following any suggestion will lead to your brand being mentioned or recommended by any AI system.

The Service uses third-party AI providers through their official APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and their product names belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• try to access our servers, other users' data or our AI provider accounts in ways we have not offered;
• resell report credits, or automate the Service at a volume that disrupts it for others;
• copy, decompile or resell the extension, except where the law allows it.

White-label reports may be shared with your own clients under your brand. That is their intended use.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our refund policy, which gives you 14 days to request a full refund.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. If a paid report fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned to you. We may update the Service and these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and, where we have your email, let you know before it takes effect.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Unused credits from a suspended account are refunded unless the suspension was due to fraud or abuse.
